REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Policy Overview

The Muse Box maintains a strict no-refund policy to ensure the sustainability of our high-end studio environment and to protect our limited-capacity batch sizes. By registering for any program, you acknowledge that resources, instructor time, and studio slots are reserved exclusively for you.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all programs, including but not limited to:

  • Individual Private Lessons

  • Group Classes and 25-Day Summer Fast-Tracks

  • Digital LMS & Content Access

  • Physical Material Kits (T-shirts, Hoodies, Books)

3. Refund Eligibility (The “Hard-Stop” Rule)

Refunds are only processed under the following strictly defined condition:

  • Pre-Activation Cancellation: A refund request is only valid if submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the first scheduled class AND before any digital credentials have been issued.

  • The “Activation” Rule: Once a student is granted access to the digital classroom or attending the first physical session, the service is considered “Rendered in Full,” and no refund is possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations (Zero Exceptions)

No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for:

  • Withdrawals after Start: Any cancellation made after the first class or after digital portal activation, regardless of the reason (e.g., schedule conflicts, personal relocation, or change of mind).

  • Medical/Emergency: While we empathize with emergencies, fees are non-refundable. At the sole discretion of the Director, a Prorated Credit Note (valid for 90 days) may be issued for future use, but no cash/bank transfer will be made.

  • Technical Issues: Refunds will not be issued for student-side technical issues (e.g., poor home internet for LMS access).

5. Registration & Material Fees

  • Registration Fees: These are administrative and strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Physical Goods: There is a Zero-Return Policy on all physical items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Instruments, or Books) once they have been unboxed or the student has left the premises with them.

6. Termination of Service

The Muse Box reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for misconduct or breach of studio rules. In such cases, all paid fees are forfeited and non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

In the rare event a refund is approved per Section 3, the amount (minus a 10% administrative processing fee) will be transferred back to the original payment method within 15 working days.

8. Right to Modify

The Muse Box reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any given time without prior notice. It is the student’s responsibility to review this policy periodically on themusebox.co.in.
