1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Muse Box or using the themusebox.co.in platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sound Narrative LLC regarding our music education and studio production services.

2. Right to Modify Agreement

The Muse Box reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any given time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued attendance or use of the digital portal after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Fee Structure and GST Policy

Unlike casual tuition centers, The Muse Box operates as a professional production entity. All course fees, registration fees, and material costs are quoted EXCLUSIVE of GST (18%) unless explicitly stated as “Inclusive” in writing. GST will be calculated and added to the base fee at the time of invoicing or checkout.

4. Registration and Material Kits

Admission to the academy requires a one-time Registration Fee and the purchase of a mandatory Student Material Kit. These fees are separate from monthly tuition and are essential for access to our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) and physical student resources.

5. Payment and Late Fees

Fees must be paid in full by the 5th of every month. Failure to settle the invoice (Base Fee + GST) by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of both physical studio access and digital LMS permissions until the balance is cleared.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments—including tuition, registration, and summer fast-track fees—are strictly non-refundable. We invest in high-end equipment and limit our batch sizes to maintain elite standards; therefore, we do not offer refunds for withdrawals or missed sessions.

7. Makeup Class Policy

Makeup classes are not guaranteed. They are offered as a courtesy only if a student provides at least 24-hour notice of absence and if the studio schedule permits. Missed classes without prior notice will be forfeited and cannot be adjusted against future month fees.

8. Intellectual Property & Digital Tools

All educational content, including video tutorials and custom interactive notations, is the exclusive property of Sound Narrative LLC. Students are granted a limited license to use these for personal practice only. Any unauthorized distribution or recording of academy content is a violation of law.

9. Equipment Liability

 Any physical damage to studio equipment caused by student negligence or misuse will be billed to the student/parent at the full cost of repair or replacement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from our services shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts.
